RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
We gladly accept exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
NON-RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products marked Final Sale
Because personalized and custom products are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold and are therefore not eligible for return or refund.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@kochlani.com.
We will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or other resolution.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@kochlani.com.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.
