KochLaNi.com stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a gift card or store credit. Gift cards may be used in store or online.

Returns must meet the following criteria:

-Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

-Returns that are damaged, worn, or without original tags intact will not be accepted.

-Partnerships and limited releases are final sale.

-We do not accept returns for items not purchased from KochLaNi.com

-Once your returned item(s) have been received and verified, a gift card and/or store credit will be issued to the email address used to place the order. For items purchased as gifts, the gift card will be issued to the gift recipient. Please allow 1-3 business days after your return has been received for the gift card to be issued.

-Gift cards will be in the amount paid for product only. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
