SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Koch La Ni®.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing, verification, and fulfillment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, special promotions, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ORDERS

Personalized Identity Jewelry, custom-made products, engraved items, and made-to-order pieces may require additional production time before shipment.

Estimated production times will be communicated on the applicable product page whenever possible.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping transit times vary based on destination, carrier, and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Koch La Ni® is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, labor disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Koch La Ni® is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Koch La Ni® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at info@kochlani.com and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by their country.

Koch La Ni® is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kochlani.com and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
